Frequently Asked Questions

We get lots of questions from people about our clubs and are happy to answer them, to save you some time, take a look here at our FAQ section to see if we have already provided the answer.

If your clubs use the same component suppliers and same technology as the name brands and they are customised why are they so cheap?

The branded clubs don't cost any more to make than ours do. As much as 80% of the price you pay for name brand clubs is for endorsements and advertising. We do not have this outlay and this is refected in our prices. We also keep our prices down by running our business through the internet.

Are these clubs cheap knock-offs??

Absolutely not.  The components come from the same factories as the name brands and our craftsmen have been building clubs for over 13 years. You can expect excellent quality. The technology used is the same as the brand names - the clubs are as close in style as we can have them without breaking any copyright laws. As you can see from the pictures, the clubs do not carry any expensive name tags.

What does the customisation involve?

We send you a questionnaire which has around 40 questions about your size, swing, grip, miss-hits and current clubs. This will allow us to fit the clubs to you and your swing. Click here to see what we do.

Do you have a shop?

Only online. This is firstly because as each set is made to fit each individual, we don not carry stocks of clubs and therefore, have nothing to put in a shop. Secondly, running our business online cuts down on overheads and helps us to keep our prices as low as possible.

Can you help me choose the right set for me?

Of course, simply use the contact form to ask us for a shortened questionnaire. This will allow us to advise you on the best clubs for you.

What is the difference between steel and graphite shafts?

Steel shafts are generally more accurate than graphite. They provide a better consistency and feel, however a graphite shaft can provide more distance.  Ladies, Seniors and those with a slower swing speed are advised to use a graphite shaft as they are lighter and will provide more distance.

What happens if one of my clubs break?

In the unlikely event that one of your clubs breaks under normal playing conditions, we shall replace it for you at no cost. Please note that only breakage under normal playing conditions is covered. Dents or scratches on the sole or the top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.

How long will it take to receive my clubs?

We cannot begin making your clubs until we have received both your payment and your fitting questionnaire. Once we have both of these, delivery is approximately 3 weeks. Delivery will made via Parcelforce.
