Cancellation
You are free to cancel your order up until we receive your fitting questionnaire. At this point we begin making your clubs and can no longer cancel your order.
Returns/Refunds
As each set of clubs is custom fitted to each customer, we can only accept returns under our breakage warranty (see below).
Should your purchase be from our standard size sets, you may return your clubs in the conditiom they were received within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
All clubs are covered under a "12 MONTH BREAKAGE WARRANTY" due to breakage under normal playing conditions. Dents or scratches on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
Should you wish to return your clubs at any time for any reason, please contact us so we may give you a reference number. |
